Nobody is perfect ! We are happy that the fail rate of our products is already down to about 1 %. However, nothing and nobody is perfect. It is sometimes happen that there is an issue with a product what result from a bad electronic part or from a wrong wiring. In a case of an issue we don´t point with a finger to somebody, we just want to solve the issue and help you to bring your bike back on the road again asap.You should download this rma formular and send it together with the defect part to us. Our response time is usually one working day if the product comes with this formular in our workshop. You can contact us in case of questions in our workshop from Monday to Friday between 7 am and 1:30 pm:
